We’ll call you and ask a set of questions to understand the kind of life the new dog would have with your family over the next 12 years (that is, what we estimate the new dog’s life to be).
We’ll ask followup questions, to understand your underlying principles of how your family will live with the dog. We know there’s a lot riding on it for you, so we’re careful to give you time to express yourself.
We know it can be stressful for some people – some have likened the process to a job interview. Being prepared helps. Being able to quantify your plans is valuable.
